Thanks for the article. This is one of the hardest things to do when it comes to being adopted and setting healthy boundaries. Especially since it's never something you were given, and everyone's experience in adoption is very different from the other person.
So, while it's difficult to set those boundaries, it's equally challenging to face the rejection of the ones you were never given, and to work on everything you are, rather than everything you never were.
